I am here to support you in your healing journey.

In therapy, my hope is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you are able to be yourself and speak your truth. You will learn skills to manage the current situations and process the past to help you move towards feeling safe and secure within yourself. This therapy will help you be the you that is not defined by trauma or anxiety.

It can be difficult, scary and painful to explore the past. In therapy we will do this with patience, kindness and compassion.

I will teach you tools that will help you navigate your life and feel more hopeful about your future. There will be days were we will process past experiences, get to know all parts of you, and how the past is connected to the present. Acknowledging what goes on in your system helps you be more in the present moment.
